What’s the deal with Qualification?

There’s degrees.

Fair enough.

That’s how the world knows you’re qualified.

How do you know you’re qualified?

Meaning, you might have a degree, but you might be rusting.

What keeps you on your toes?

What tells you whether you are up to delivering quality readings, again and again and again?

Nature.

Nature keeps throwing tests at you.

A tricky case.

A tricky time.

You’re fighting your own demons.

The person in need is still expecting you to deliver.

He or she is hanging on your words.

You know when you’ve delivered.

You also know when you’ve not.

When a high-quality reading emanates from you, your confidence-level soars. You carry this confidence-level into your next reading. So on and so forth. You’re on a high.

Then, a big one comes along.

It can be a life and death scenario.

Life-changing situation.

Something major.

Can you read the situation properly?

Are you able to control distress-levels? The one in need will be distressed.

Solution?

Nailed?

Do your words hit home?

Can you pull him or her out?

Do you pass your test?

You can even pass without finding a solution where there’s no solution.

Then you try and find a course.

Also, you try and find the right words.

The bottom-line is pass or fail – for you.

You will know your result.

It will dawn upon you.

What was the level of the examination?

Was it a Bachelor’s?

Master’s?

PhD?

Post-doc?

Professorship?

There are as many levels as there are universes.

Yeah, Nature makes the Astrologer give many exams.

Over the years, you know your level.

Low?

High?

Whatever.

You know it.

The person receiving your reading will also feel it.

Wonderful.

If your qualification is very high, there’s no need to advertise it. Hubris is your nemesis.

If you’re not moving up as you’d like to, keep trying. This is your journey. Go for it. It can be a highly fulfilling journey.

What matters in the end?

Qualification?

In my opinion…

… no.

Then why this whole discussion?

It’s better to address the topic. The issue of qualification and its value does come up during the Astrologer’s tenure.

So, what really matters then.

Again, in my opinion,…

… it’s how many lives you’ve changed and how many people you’ve moved.

That’s what matters in the end.
